Spring is a great time for cleaning your house, your car, and your body! Detoxification is a must today! Toxins are everywhere and they are on the increase. They are in our water, our food, and the air we breathe. Therefore, you must keep up with detoxifying your body to stay healthy. There are various ways to detoxify that are easier than you think. I really like using Erchonia's EB Pro as an ion cleanse. This device starts the detoxification process in the body and lightens the toxic load in the body. This simple yet powerful tool for detoxification is a must do for everyone! Nutritional cleanses are great too. Metagenics has a medical food and heavy metal cleanse that I am about to try. I usually recommend everyone do Nutri-West's Total Chelate. This is a chelation factor that binds to toxins and removes them from the body to keep you clean. Detoxification can also be used by some simple household items. For example, you can use Epsom salts and ginger bath to help with toxins and pain. Boil freshly sliced or grated ginger root and then let steep for 10 minutes. Mix ginger water with one cup of Epsom salts, and add to a tub of water.
